Summer BBQ - Friday 5th July
The PTA are hosting a family summer BBQ on Friday 5th July from 5pm-10pm, instead of the summer fair.
Tickets are now on sale (click on the link below to purchase) and includes food and entertainment.
The only additional costs on the evening will be for drinks and any extra raffle tickets you may wish to purchase (we will be sending home pre-sale raffle tickets before the event in a couple of weeks).
There will be live music from Daz, a face painter (first come first serve basis & included in the ticket price), a TV/movie room and a craft/activities room!
The only thing you need to bring (apart from your ticket and yourselves) is something to sit on (for example picnic chairs or a blanket).
Please DO NOT bring your own food or drink! The bar will be stocked with draft larger, cider & real ale plus a selection of spirits and a selection of juices and soft drinks.
Tickets will only be on sale until Sunday 30th June!
ALL family members are welcome so why not bring the Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles & cousins too!!
At present we can NOT guarantee that we will be able to sell tickets on the door on the evening of the BBQ. If we do have capacity to sell tickets they will be at a reduced price but WON’T include food as all food needs to be purchased before the event to ensure we have no food wastage!
